Discuss Maximo features and applications that will be used. This assessment will focus on work management, supply chain, and procurement processes. Reporting and Security Settings will need to be determined during this assessment. The Assessment deliverable will be a Report with Recommendations in the areas for improvements to achieve the most cost effective and value-added implementation.
A comprehensive assessment to document the current usage of Maximo. Conduct a Maximo emersion session with the business to cover the new features included in the new version of Maximo being installed. Business to discuss and communicate what new features will be used going forward. The findings of the assessment will be documented with recommendation and a project plan with a detailed upgrade path will be the deliverable. The Implementation plan provided can be used as a road map / tool for your organization.
A review of your procurement, receiving, storeroom inventory, parts distribution processes will be conducted. This assessment will document any incomplete processes, stocking strategies, reordering, and bottlenecks that exist. This Assessment will outline any gaps and make recommendations with a best practice methodology path forward.
